We have come a long way from the initial vision for a single provider of utility, to a recognized and well positioned centralized utility company. This is now “Marafiq”, the sole generator of electricity and manager of the entire value chain of drinking water in the Special Economic Zone at Duqm. Also serving utilities to OQ8, Duqm Refinery and Oman Tank Terminal Company (OTTCO), Marafiq is now on the way of becoming Oman’s leading utility provider working to international quality and standards.
